TIPS TO HELP YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT SELL YOUR HOME FASTER!

Homes that appear uncluttered and clean appear more spacious!

• Storing extra furnishings & household items will make your home look and feel bigger.

• Storing these items will result in a home that "shows" a lot bigger and is priced right.

• Look at your storage space and get a mental picture of what you want to store and how you want to store it.

• While loading your items remember to load those items you want at the rear of the unit loaded last.

That way you can store those items first and the items you need often are in the front of your unit.

• Keep all storage items at least 2 INCHES off all walls and doors for better ventilation.

• Keep refrigerator doors ajar and use the space inside for additional storage.

• Make an inventory of the items you are storing as you place the items in your storage unit,
then take pictures of your stored items for your records.

• Try to use the same size boxes for easy stacking.

• Always stack lighter boxes on top of the heavier boxes.

• All breakable items should be wrapped in paper or bubble wrap in sturdy boxes.

• Furniture with drawers should be utilized as storage space.

• Sofas and love seats should be stored on end to save you floor space.

CAUTION: OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS PROHIBIT THE STORAGE OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS!
